1. Introduction
This machine is designed and manufactured for aminoplast powder production. Its operating principle is dispersing and stirring the material fully while heat exchange to reach the function of making interior quality even and making material fine and loose.
According to different uses, we produce two types of freezing mixers which have same appearance but respective unique structures of internal agitator paddle:
1). Freezing mixer for 1st procedure (freezing tank): it is mounted between kneader and dryer for loosening and cooling the kneaded material. It is the necessary equipment for processing melamine powder. Better effect will be achieved if refrigerated water passes the jacket. Even though there is A1 powder, loose material and even grain still can be achieved with this machine, which can ensure fluidity of material.
2). Freezing mixer for next procedure (blending machine): it cools and fully stirs material crushed to ensure consistency and continuity and have partial function of ball mill. Some factories produce large produce using this machine instead of ball mill, with large output and high efficiency.
