1. Introduction

Kneader has strong functions of shearing, stirring and kneading. It is widely used for chemical, plastic, pencil manufacturing and resin brake disc industries.

In production of aminoplast, the kneader has the advantages of low energy consumption, quick and convenient discharge, long trouble-free operation, easy maintenance. It is generally popular.

2). Type and specification

We produce two types of kneader to meet customer’s demand:

1). Material bottom output (type A): it has the characteristics of being convenient for being used for assembly line and good dewatering effect; and it has the advantages of low labor intensity, good working environment and high level modernization.

2). Inverted cylinder type (type B): it has the advantages of quick output speed��ven moisture and small grain size.

We have four models of kneader for selection: 500L, 1000L, 1500L and 2000L. Small kneader is suitable for production of small batch and multi-variety color power, and it is easy for cleaning and color change.
